Cancellation Policy

At Hibiscus & Honey Beauty Co., I value your time and appreciate you valuing mine. Each appointment is reserved especially for you to create a calm, relaxing space where you can unwind, get pampered and glow. Because of this, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. My cancellation policy is as follows: More than 48 hours’ notice No charge. You are welcome to reschedule anytime. Less than 48 hours’ notice: A 30% fee (or forfeiture of deposit) will apply. No-shows: The full service amount will be charged, and future appointments may require prepayment. If you are running late I totally understand life happens! Please message me at 760-867-8493 if you’re running behind. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation.
